Google Drive
This has to be one of my most favorite tools I use. What the Google Drive is like having your own cloud drive, or drive on the internet. What it does for me is have a place where my documents, pictures, music can or can not be shared with someone else. But the most useful as a tool is when I use it on my iPhone. Since I do a lot of writing there are times I do not have access to the internet to do my writing directly on the drive. So what I do is write using the Pages app on the iPhone. This app is a full blown word processor and I like to use it when I'm not on the computer. Well it does come in handy because I like to have 2 copies of my articles, one on my phone and one on the net on my GDrive. Now I use the GDrive as a backup drive. But I can also edit my documents on the GDrive on any computer that has access to the internet. This gives me more freedom to work on my articles. Now if I make an article on my phone somewhere and later go home and use my laptop, I just transfer my article to my GDrive and continue editing. When I am done, I just log on to my phone to the GDrive and transfer the updated copy to my phone. So now I have my 2 copies. Then later when I'm on the laptop, I can call up the article and post it on my blog or autoresponder. So now I have the flexibility to do my work from anywhere!
